DAMAGES & RETURNS

We take pride in excellent quality and value of our merchandise at HEYSON. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with store credit or exchange. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit only.

Please provide us with your Sales ID or Invoice Number in the subject line with the following information in the body:

  • Company Name
  • Style Number
  • Size(s) & Color
  • Total Quantity
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos of defective item(s) (If defective)
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier as we are not responsible for any lost items. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges. All other returns that are passed the return period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

BACK ORDERS / PRE ORDERS

Back order / Pre Orders (currently out of stock with future delivery dates) items will be shipped as they become available. All orders will be shipped as soon as it reaches our facility unless customer states to call before shipping.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

HEYSON ships via UPS. Standard shipping charges will apply to all orders. Shipments are sent out daily from Monday through Friday. All orders received after 3 PM (PST) will be processed the following business day (Same day ship out is possible before 3 PM).

  • Ground (3-7 days, determined by destination)
  • 3 Day Select (delivery by end of day)
  • 2nd Day Air (delivery by end of day)
  • 2nd Day Air AM (delivery by 10:30 AM)
  • Next Day Air Saver (delivery by 3 PM)
