Return Policy

HEYSON RETURN POLICY


  • All sales are not subject to a refund. All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • All returns must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items after 7 days.

  • Returned merchandise must be in its original condition - unwashed, unworn. If the package is returned in opened condition, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
    Ex: No individual poly bag, missing original hangtag, damaged hangtag, etc.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to arrange transport of the items to our warehouse.

  • We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the merchandise.

  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Store credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include shipping and handling.

  • Store credit is not processed on the same day your item has arrived at our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days for the return process including an inspection.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to rearrange shipping if the returns are rejected.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
